Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event: 100% refund
• Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: No refund

A full refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled before midnight on the day the reservation was made. However, this policy does not apply to reservations made within 14 days of the event. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the payment service provider. For payments made via PayPal, a 4.4% service fee will be deducted in accordance with the service policy.
